1. Where are ZADE products made?
While our brand operations are managed internationally, every single order is custom-printed and finished at our UK-based fulfillment centers. This ensures high-quality standards and faster local delivery for our UK customers.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
ZADE operates on a "made-to-order" model to reduce environmental waste.

Fulfillment (Printing & Packing): 2–5 business days.

Shipping (United Kingdom): 3–5 business days.

Total Delivery Time: You can expect your package within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes, absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Tracking Number. You can use this to monitor your parcel's journey in real-time.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we begin the printing process shortly after an order is placed, we can only accept cancellations or changes within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, the item moves into production and cannot be altered.
5. What is your return policy?
Since each item is printed specifically for you, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at zadewear.uk@gmail.com with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement for you.
6. How do I know which size to choose?
Our products follow standard UK sizing. We have a detailed Size Guide available on every product page to help you find the perfect fit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, luxury streetwear fit.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, our primary focus is serving the United Kingdom. However, we are looking into expanding our shipping zones in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!
