At ZADE, we believe in quality over speed. Every item you order is custom-printed and handmade specifically for you. This "made-to-order" approach helps reduce waste and ensures you receive a premium product.

1. Fulfillment Time (Processing) Since we don’t keep pre-printed stock, please allow 2-5 business days for our team to print, quality-check, and pack your order.

2. Shipping Times (United Kingdom) Once your order is ready and dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.

• Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect your package within 7-10 business days from the date of your order.

3. Order Tracking Transparency is key. As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a Tracking Number. You can track your ZADE package every step of the way.

4. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Keep an eye out for our "Free Shipping" promotions on qualifying orders!

5. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ZADE is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
